Little Poppin (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, email address and phone number. This information is entered directly into Stripe Checkout, our payment processor.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe handles card data under PCI-DSS standards. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (for example, pages viewed). This may involve cookies and aggregated usage data. See Google’s privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your information is handled by the services we use to run the store, including Stripe (payments), our hosting provider Vercel, and (if enabled) our email provider for order notifications. Each maintains its own security and privacy practices.
We process your information under the GDPR (and UK GDPR) on two bases: to perform our contract with you. Taking payment, delivering your file or parcel, answering questions about your order. And our legitimate interest in running a small shop securely and keeping proper records.
You have the right to ask us for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Email us and we will action it. We do not charge for this and we do not ask why. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Where your data goes. We are based in Australia, and our payment, hosting and email providers (Stripe, Vercel, Resend, Printify) operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside your country. These are established providers with their own safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it. Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer-law obligations require, and no longer. Anything we are not required to keep, we will delete on request.
